About Us

The Financial Wellness Taskforce is a part of the Executive Controller department within Student Government.  This taskforce, created in 2015, exists to educate Notre Dame's students on personal financial literacy, to improve and promote the personal finance resources available at Notre Dame, and to enhance overall financial wellness for the student body. Through interactive information sessions on campus with industry leaders and esteemed faculty to a variety of online resources, students have a multitude of resources available to increase their financial awareness.

In the fall semester of 2015, Notre Dame's Student Government launched the University's first live information session on budgeting, saving, and credit with the Office of Financial Aid and 1st Source Bank. The Student Financial Wellness program will continue to develop and improve these initiatives throughout the 2019-2020 school year.
